Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify design challenges and opportunities before starting a project.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications that reflect project requirements and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within set constraints.
- Liaise with clients to present design concepts and gather feedback, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into fit-out designs.
- Oversee the compliance of designs with local building codes and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all stages.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, emphasizing design and fit-out specialization.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the fit-out sector, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale fit-out projects, with hands-on experience in diverse project environments.
