Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Rig Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating rig machines and ensuring smooth execution of drilling and piling activities while following safety and quality standards.

Operate rig machines efficiently for piling, drilling, and foundation works.
Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure the rig is in proper working condition.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
Coordinate with site engineers and foremen for smooth workflow.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the rig machine.
Keep records of daily operations and report any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Rig Machine Operator in construction or piling projects.
Ability to operate different types of piling and drilling rigs.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
RTA license is preferred.
3rd party certification is required.
Operator driving license is mandatory.
Heavy Operator License (No. 8) is required.
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions.
Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
