Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced New Product Development Manager- Sanitary to lead the expansion of our sanitary ware product line. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing sanitary ware products from concept to successful market launch. Should have established relationships with global sanitary ware suppliers and manufacturers. Experience in managing shipments to the UAE market, understanding import/export regulations, and optimizing logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. Mandatory experience in conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis and essentially should have proven track record of managing Sanitaryware & components –product launch cycle, from planning and marketing to monitoring post-launch performance. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
