Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

>Coordinate and oversee painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

>Supervise a team of painters, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.

>Inspect work sites to ensure they are properly prepared for painting and address any issues that may arise.

>Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.

>Maintain accurate records of materials used and project progress.

>Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

>Train and mentor painters, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

>Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering necessary supplies and equipment as needed.

>Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving painting techniques and processes.

>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during painting projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Proven track record of successfully managing painting projects from start to finish.

>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a painting foreman or similar role.

>Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

>Excellent leadership and communication skills.

>Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.

>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

>Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
