Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and smoothing.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces.
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades.
- Select and use appropriate brushes, rollers, or sprayers for each job.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas.
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, or other fillers.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed.
- Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
- Certification in painting techniques or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the painting industry.
- No nationality preference, open to all candidates.
- Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
- Technical skills in surface preparation, paint mixing, and application.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
