Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineers to join our team. As part of this role, you will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sorting and packaging machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their engineering knowledge in a practical, hands-on environment and grow within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
>Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues with sorting and packaging machinery to ensure continuous and effective production operations.
>PLC Adjustments: Assist in making adjustments to programmable logic controllers (PLC) to optimize machinery performance and production output.
>Preventive Maintenance Documentation: Document and follow established procedures for preventive maintenance to ensure machinery longevity and minimize downtime.
>Collaborative Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, etc.) to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and contributing to process optimization.
>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and corrective actions taken.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
>Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and PLC systems.
>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
>Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report effectively.
>A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
>While prior experience is not required, a foundational knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles is essential.
>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
