We Are Hiring Junior Accountant (MANUFACTURING COMPANY) For Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturing standards.
>Support the budgeting process by gathering data and analyzing variances between budgeted and actual manufacturing costs.
>Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently to optimize cash flow and maintain supplier relationships.
>Collaborate closely with production teams to gather cost data and support cost accounting functions.
>Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in manufacturing principles.
>2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating familiarity with cost accounting.
>Professional certification such as CPA or CMA preferred but not mandatory, showcasing commitment to the field.
>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, crucial for maintaining compliance in a manufacturing setting.
>Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective reporting to management.
>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, particularly during month-end closing periods.
>Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and software in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
>Fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be beneficial in a diverse workplace.
