Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
>Oversee and process the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
>Maintain and update employee records, including salary changes, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
>Reconcile payroll accounts and address any discrepancies.
>Stay updated with UAE labor laws, particularly regarding payroll, WPS compliance, and gratuity calculations.
>Generate payroll reports and collaborate with the finance team for audits and budgeting.
Timekeeping and Attendance:
>Monitor and manage employee attendance, absences, and leave records through timekeeping systems.
>Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies with department managers.
>Ensure compliance with company policies regarding working hours, overtime, and leave entitlements.
>Generate and provide timekeeping data to support payroll processing.
Operational HR Support:
>Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and visa-related coordination.
>Maintain employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
>Support in implementing HR operational policies and procedures.
>Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, timekeeping, and operational matters.
Compliance and Reporting:
>Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and company policies in all payroll and HR processes.
>Prepare and submit reports on payroll, attendance, and employee data for management review.
>Support in the development and documentation of payroll and timekeeping procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
>Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, and HR operations in the UAE.
>Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Tally, or similar platforms).
>Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, WPS, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
