Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Fit-Out Work Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities
related to fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and

safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth

project execution.

• Review and understand project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction

efforts.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure that all work meets company and client standards.

• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.

• Maintain health and safety standards on-site and ensure adherence to local regulations.

• Control materials, tools, and equipment on-site to avoid wastage and ensure proper use.

• Train and mentor site workers as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in supervising fit-out projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of Metal, Glass, Gypsum, Tiles, Joinery etc.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.

• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Education and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is

preferred.
