WE ARE HIRING - ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

>Project Supervision: Lead and supervise the installation, replacement, and maintenance of external LED lighting fixtures (e.g., street lights, walkway lights, LED searchlights).

>Technical Design: Review, prepare, and validate workshop drawings and technical designs related to electrical systems.

>Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

>Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.

>Coordination: Collaborate with electricians, contractors, and project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.

>Procurement: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.

>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and test reports.

>Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in LED lighting systems and outdoor electrical projects.

>Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

>Certifications: Valid electrical engineering license and relevant certifications (e.g., DEWA/ADWEA approvals are a plus).

Skills:

>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including LED technology and lighting control systems.

>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools for electrical drawings.

>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

>Ability to manage teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.

>Physical Requirements: Willingness to perform field visits, supervise onsite work, and work at heights if required.

>Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
