Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage real estate mega projects.
- Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Monitor onsite operations to guarantee high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with various teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed.
- Handle client interactions and provide regular updates on project status.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on mega real estate projects
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Attention to detail is a priority
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with major developers is necessary
