Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead site team for civil work and manage project execution. Review proposals/contracts, prepare/update construction plans, evaluate risks, conduct progress meetings, and forecast resources. Coordinate designs, supervise site activities, implement EHS procedures, ensure quality standards, maintain records, manage workforce, monitor costs, and ensure project completion. Sub-contractor Management, Provide plans, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure minimal variations. Monitor budgets, suggest cost reductions, achieve sales targets, and provide invoicing inputs
