Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our design team. Responsibilities and requirements include:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Technical Manager/ Projects Director to understand design requirements, specifications, and project objectives for Residential/ Commercial/Offices Projects
Utilize AutoCAD software to develop detailed shop drawings for architectural elements, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Create precise shop drawings for joinery and millwork components, such as cabinetry, built-in furniture, staircases, and decorative features, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent.
Generate comprehensive technical drawings for fit-out works, including interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes, incorporating material specifications and installation details.
Incorporate design changes, modifications, and field measurements into shop drawings promptly, maintaining accurate documentation and revision control.
Review shop drawings for quality, completeness, and compliance with project standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
Visit sites to assess conditions and gather measurements.
Revise drawings based on feedback/comments
3 Years experience in Fit out Company as an AutoCAD Draftsman
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and familiarity with related drafting tools, techniques, and software applications.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
Good understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building materials relevant to residential projects.
