Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Object One Real Estate Development company (object-1.com) as an Architect. You will be assisting us in creating architectural design . You should be able to understand our project requests. Besides, you should be able to create designs upon researching various architectural trends and patterns.

You should also be able to submit the designs for approval and make adjustments as per the feedback. You should adhere to the industry guidelines at all times. Moreover, you should ensure that all designs contain correct measurements and dimensions.

As an Architect, you should have a portfolio of your previous works as well as familiarity with various CAD software. Furthermore, you should possess excellent technical and mathematical skills.

What you will be doing:

Receiving and reviewing project requests;
Planning and developing architectural designs;
Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval;
Using 2D and 3D sketching tools for creating project drawings and drafts;
Making adjustments or corrections to the designs as requirements;
Adhering to the design specifications, safety guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations at all times;
Coordinating with the Project Architect to understand all the project requirements and other details;
Conducting in-depth research to identify new architectural trends before designing;
Ensuring that the architectural designs have correct measurements and dimensions mentioned;
Producing CAD drawings and colour boards;
Providing with design recommendations.

What we are expecting from you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or a similar role in the Construction industry;
Holding a strong portfolio of architectural designs;
Architect Registration Examination certification is mandatory;
Complete knowledge of the industry best practices, trends, guidelines, and safety protocols;
Familiarity with CAD software such as ArchiCAD, Cedreo, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Good time management and organizational skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Having an eye for detail;
Ability to conduct in-depth research;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines.
