Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of air conditioning technicians to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of air conditioning systems.

Monitor and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with air conditioning systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all aspects of air conditioning work.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule air conditioning projects.

Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in project execution.

Prepare and submit reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology to provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Proven experience in HVAC project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.

>Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.

>Certifications in HVAC systems and equipment installation and maintenance.

>Experience in the construction industry, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors.

>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.

>Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
