We Are Hiring Structural Manager For Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Lead the structural design process by interpreting client specifications and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
>Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
>Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design reports and technical specifications, to support project delivery and client communication.
>Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to innovate structural solutions that meet modern challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification demonstrating technical competence.
>Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in structural design and project management within the construction industry.
>Strong proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
>Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, showcasing leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
