Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations, safeguarding the well-being of all personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, minimizing project delays.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, contributing to effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards, ensuring the final output aligns with client expectations.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to address concerns and provide updates.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly, leveraging engineering knowledge to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and change orders, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating supplier bids and assisting in the selection of materials that meet project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and effective resolution of on-site challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative team environment and motivating site personnel.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions, ensuring presence on-site as needed.
