Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and enhances employee engagement to ensure retention. This role focuses on attracting top talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
>Oversee recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
>Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
>Utilize platforms and networks to attract quality candidates.
>Ensure positive candidate experiences and analyze recruitment metrics.
>Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
>Organize team-building and recognition events.
>Act as a liaison between employees and management for feedback and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications:
>Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or related field.
>3+ years of UAE experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
>Strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills.
>Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
>Ability to work Overtime and manage multiple projects.
