Roles & Responsibilities
>Advise clients on off-plan property investments and developments.
>Present property options, market insights, and potential returns.
>Negotiate deals and assist with documentation and contracts.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
>Meet sales targets and track progress.
>Stay updated on market trends and property developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
>Strong communication and negotiation skills.
>Knowledge of the off-plan property market.
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
>Excellent customer service skills.
