The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.

WE ARE HIRING - Project Manager - Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

The Civil Project Manager is responsible for overseeing at least two sizable projects simultaneously. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager also manages stakeholder relationships, regulatory compliance, and the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects in the UAE.

>Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure resources are allocated effectively and monitor project milestones.

>Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

>Team Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and mentorship.

>Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenditures, implement cost-saving measures, and maintain financial control.

>Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure all work complies with quality standards, codes, and regulations.

>Risk Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.

>Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, prepare reports, and ensure proper handover documentation at project closeout.

>Regulatory Compliance: Manage relationships with DEWA, ADWEA, RTA, Civil Defence, and Etisalat, securing permits and approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

>PMP or NEBOSH certification preferred.

>Dubai Municipality Accreditation for G+4/G+12 building construction.

Experience:

>Minimum of 15 years in the GCC (preferably in Dubai) managing large-scale construction projects, including high-rise buildings.

Skills:

>Expertise in construction methodologies, contracts, and UAE regulatory requirements.

>Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD and Primavera.

>Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

>Knowledge of LEED or other green building certifications is a plus
