Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join their team for a prestigious villa construction project in Dubai.
Job Functions:
- Develop and manage work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for villa construction projects.
- Expertise in Primavera for project scheduling and claims preparation using time impact analysis.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze technical drawings to provide accurate material and cost estimates.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE working with main contractors in construction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
