Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, policies, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates, onboarding, settlement, documentation, offboarding, leave management, settlement, and benefits programs.
• Develop HR policies per UAE labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and payroll.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in HR or related field.
