We Are Hiring Fitout Project Manager For Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Fit-out Management: Oversee the comprehensive fit-out of villas, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
>Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Timeline
>Management: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within stipulated timeframes.
>Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication lines with clients, suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
>Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in all fitout activities.
>Team Leadership: Direct and guide the project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
>Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and proactively devise strategies to mitigate risks.
>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all fitout activities adhere to UAE's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
>Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services as per project requirements.
>Client Satisfaction: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring their vision and expectations are met or exceeded.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor’s degree in Civil , Architecture, or a related field.
>Minimum of 8 years' experience in villa fit out projects within the UAE.
>Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury villa fit out projects from inception to completion.
>Comprehensive understanding of UAE construction and fitout regulations.
>Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
>Proficiency in project management tools/software specific to fit out projects.
>Strong problem-solving acumen and attention to detail.
>Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
>Familiarity with sourcing high-quality materials and finishes relevant to luxury villa fit outs.
>PMP or equivalent certification will be advantageous.
