The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

>Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.

>Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

>Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.

>Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

>Track project cost variances and provide recommendations for cost savings.

>Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

>Prepare and submit bid proposals to potential clients.

>Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all estimates and bid proposals.

>Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and regulations.

>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the estimating process.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.

>15 years of experience in estimating for Oil and Gas projects.

>Certification in construction estimating preferred.

>Experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or residential projects.

>Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

>Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office.

>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
