Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate electrical installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance on technical tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Review project plans and blueprints to determine necessary resources and manpower, optimizing workflow for efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress and addressing any delays or cost overruns proactively.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain project satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation of all electrical work, including changes and updates, to maintain accurate project records.
- Implement training programs for team members on new technologies and safety practices, enhancing overall team capabilities.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for project needs without compromising quality.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture, encouraging team collaboration and addressing conflicts or issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical skills in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance to effectively guide the team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently and maintain project timelines.
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is highly desirable to navigate complex installations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications is crucial for project execution.
- Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.
