Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Engage with customers through various channels, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions that drive sales.
>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining company standards.
>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive purchases.
>Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
>Gather customer feedback on products and services, relaying insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
>Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to provide valuable insights that inform sales strategies and product positioning.
>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and encouraging repeat business through personalized follow-ups.
