Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates and budgets to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
>Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to identify potential overruns and implement corrective actions proactively.
>Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project scope changes and their financial implications.
>Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends for informed decision-making.
>Monitor and review contractor billing and payment applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required for a solid educational foundation.
>Demonstrated experience in managing budgets for large-scale civil projects is crucial for understanding complexities.
>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are vital for accurate cost estimation and forecasting.
>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
>Proactive problem-solving abilities are required to address financial discrepancies and project challenges effectively.
