WE ARE HIRING - Assistant Finance Manager
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Providing support for cashflow planning
>Bank reconciliations
>Analysing competitor activity
>Risk management
>Creating statutory accounts
>Analysing market trends
>Financial reporting
>Tax structuring for each country of operation
>Preparing/reviewing the annual budget
Desired Candidate Profile
>lead the finance and accounts function
>manage budgeting, reporting, accounting, book keeping income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
>analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
>collaborate with clinic management to develop annual budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to the budget. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize financial resources.
>monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments
>ensure VAT and Tax compliance as per regulatory requirements, file for returns etc.
