Full job description
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Experiance in Exterior and Interior designing in 2D & 3D Realistic Drawing in softwares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Experience with project management and cost estimation.
- Ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to prepare and present technical reports and proposals.
- Experience with quality control and safety standards.
- Ability to provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
