We are hiring a Senior HR Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and deep knowledge of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding of new hires.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Provide support in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Assist in developing training and development programs for staff.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (Minimum 3–5 years).
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
