Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or damage.
>Control access to premises by maintaining a strong presence and verifying visitor credentials.
>Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
>Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, following established protocols.
>Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
>Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
>Monitor and operate security systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms.
>Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
>Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees.
>Stay updated on security trends, procedures, and technologies to continually improve performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
>High school diploma or equivalent.
>Valid security guard license and certifications
>Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
>Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.
>Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
>Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
>Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
>Fluency in English (additional language skills may be preferred depending on the location).
