WE ARE HIRING - Executive Assistant
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
>Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings.
>Coordinate and organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
>Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
>Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
>Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
>Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
>Manage and maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
>Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
>Provide administrative support to executive team members.
>Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
>Excellent problem solving skills.
>Experience in using task management tools like todoist, calendly etc
>Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Strong organizational and time management skills.
>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
>Attention to detail and accuracy.
>Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
