We Are Hiring Architectural Draftsman For Abu Dhabi.
The Egypt Emirates Company Urgently Requires A Full Time Staff To Work In United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) In Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to translate conceptual designs into practical construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility, providing valuable input during the design phase.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into drafting work, promoting environmentally friendly practices in architecture.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring easy access for team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and proposals, effectively communicating design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements, continuously improving skills and incorporating new techniques into drafting work.
- Support the permitting process by preparing and submitting necessary documentation to local authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on drafting expertise and technical knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in architectural drafting, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, showcasing technical skills in creating detailed and accurate drawings.
- Certification in architectural drafting or design from a recognized institution, highlighting commitment to professional development.
- Experience in residential and commercial project types, indicating versatility and a broad understanding of architectural requirements.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all drafting work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, minimizing errors and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus for international projects.
