• Review Critical Factors, Attributed to target Production.
• Development of new conceptual projects to review and recommend aggressive development plan/Dash Board follow up.
• Identify opportunities to enhance production profile and initiatives to cost optimization (OPEX/CAPX)
• Enhance portfolio management.
• Review and ensure alignment of surface and subsurface projects
• Proposes ways of improvement within the organization.
